Just got this email from my sales rep:
Hello folks, if you are receiving this email, that means you are one of the affected people by the Edmonton drop point truck delay that occurred on 12/24/12. A truck had broken down on Christmas Eve on the way from the states to Edmonton. Since it was Christmas Eve and the next day was Christmas Day, this provided a difficult task for the driver to get parts to repair the truck. I have been told the truck’s replacement parts were shipped today and are due to be there tomorrow to repair the truck. The truck is estimated to arrive in Edmonton on Monday 1/31/12 on New Year’s Eve. Please contact the drop point after or on Monday to make sure the truck is there before making the trip. If you are using a courier service to receive product from Edmonton, don’t expect delivery of product until at least Thursday 1/4/13. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and rest assured we will do our absolute best to get your product delivered to you by these estimated guidelines.
