Sorry to report that we will not be bale to process any Debit / Credit transactions until Tuesday, October 25. I know this is a horrible inconvenience, but this is just one step towards improving the overall service that we can provide.
We have been having nothing but problems with Telus in the last few months (latest salvo in this ongoing debacle? Telus decided to change my e-mail user name, without informing me of the change; that’s right how am I supposed to access/respond to emails without the correct username? Ask Telus).
