1. DECK CONSTRUCTION:
*Each Player Must Purchase One Worldwake Fatpack And Pay $5 To Join Our League And May Purchase Up To TWO Zendikar/Worldwake Boosters Each Week.
*If FatPacks Are Not Available, A Player May Purchase 8 “WorldWake” Boosters And $5 To Join Our League!
*Minimum SIXTY Card Decks With 4 Card Limit

2. FORMAT:
*FOUR Meetings On Saturdays at 1 PM: Februry 13 (Singles), February 20 (2HG), February 27 (Multiplayer) And March 6 (No 4 Card Limit, Singles) From 1 PM To 5 PM.
*League Players May Challenge Any Other League Player Twice Per Meeting.
*League Games Are “Best 2 Out Of 3″ With No Time Limit, (Please Have Your 15 Sideboards Ready!)

3. TRADING:
*League Players May Trade With Any Other League Player At Any Time, So Long As They Trade cCards From Their Pool Of Worldwake League Cards (No Outside Cards!)

After a crazy-busy Pre-Release weekend, we’re back with yet another couple “Worldwake” events (surpirsed?): “Worldwake” Launch Party: Friday, February 5, 2010 at 6 PM and “Worldwake” Sealed Fatpack League:starts Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 1 PM! 

Don’t miss out on our “Heirs To The Blood” Launch Party on Saturday, February 6 at Noon for Vampire: The Eternal Struggle! This is a sealed event and please register asap!

And rounding out our release weekend, Star Wars Miniatures “Dark Times” Launch Party on Sunday, February 7 at 1 PM! Sealed Booster!

Werewolves, Vampires and Things-That-Go-Bump-In-The-Night won’t be the only things stirring this Thursday, February 4, 2010!

Magic players eager to pick up the latest and greatest set, “Worldwake” will be here to make their purchases!

We’ll be open from Noon to 6 PM (our regular Thursday hours), close until 11 PM, then open from 11 PM to 1 AM Friday, February 5, 2010!

We will have “Worldwake” singles, boosters, fatpacks and intro decks available for sale!

Can’t make it to the Midnight Launch? That’s okay! We’ll have plenty of boosters to last us through the weekend!

Don’t forget about our “Worldwake” Launch Party on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 6 PM (WWK + WWK + ZEN Booster Draft)!

And our “Worldwake” League that starts on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 1 PM!

Maybe I m just a little biased, but I think the people that come in and play in our events are the best! Take a bow you guys!

I ve said it before and I ll say it again. WOTC will eventually take over the world if they continue with their current track record of truly great Magic expansions!

For $14 per Intro Deck or $65 for all 5 decks, you can play non-sanctioned games for fun! Each intro deck comes with a Worldwake booster pack inside!

Show up for our way-cheap preoder booster box price- starts Saturday, January 30 at noon and ends Sunday, January 31 at 6 PM! All preoders must be paid for in full.

1. Meatballs!

During the warmer months, we serve up hotdogs and burgers at our pre-releases. SInce itès too cold to BBQ, we re cooking up Ikea meatball sandwichs! Free to all paid entrants!

 

Two-Headed Giant (noun): aka “2HG” 1. Weird looking claymation monster that tried and failed to kill Jason and the Argonauts. 2. Ultra-cool, amazing, incredible, fantastic, uncanny (you get the picture) format, where two players work as a team to defeat two other players working as a team. Each team of two players share 30 and have communal phases- which means they untap at the same time, draw at the same time and attack at the same time.

 Haven’t tried 2HG? The best time to play in this format is at a Pre-Release and just as luck would have it- we’re having two Pre-Releases and two 2HG events! 2HG starts at 10 AM on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 10 AM and on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 10 AM! Make sure you sign up early!

$50 per team to enter. Each team receives 8 packs (4 Worldwake and 4 Zendikar) and must make two decks of minimum 40 cards each.

*19 OR MORE ENTRANTS:
