Hello!

Got a call from my GW sales rep today and he explained that GW did not make enough RIPTIDE, CRISIS BATTLESUIT and BROADSIDE models. GW will not be able to fill my orders until May 2013.

TAU COMMANDERs, DARKSTRIDERs, LONGSTRIKEs, and FARSTRIKEs are called “Direct” or “ATO” items and are shipping via a different method- they will NOT be here for the Launch on Saturday, April 6. I expect them two weeks from now.

We have a small amount of Tau Codicies, Hammerheads, Sunsharks, Cadre Firesteams, Pathfinder Teams, and 1 Crisis Battlesuit boxÂ available for sale tomorrow.

I apologize in advance- both GW and I will be working to make it up to those who placed a preorder on any of the 3 missing items.

Why change?

Two reasons: 1. turns out the Mammoth (Skorne Gargantuan) will be released on Wednesday, April 24, 2013- it just wouldn’t be fair to host a product launch without all of the products available. 2. We had two events scheduled for the same day: Gargantuans Launch and X-Wing Regional. Ya know, it’s really hard to gauge interest for an event that’s a couple months away, but my feeling is we just wont have enough for both events if they were to occur on the same day/time. It only makes sense to split them up- so we did.

Do you know what’s an unfortunate consequence of releasing a really, really good Magic set?

It sells out quickly.

Our supply of Gatecrash Boosters, Fatpacks, and Intro Decks are dwindling! We have enough product to fill all of our preorders and to use in our two events (Midnight Launch and Launch Parties), but I strongly doubt we’ll have enough to last the weekend. So, if you’re looking for Gatecrash, and haven’t placed any preorders, come in as soon as possible!

The plus side?

Restock is set to arrive Thursday, February 7, 2013!
