“Amazing Spider-Man” #700 First Printings, scheduled to ship January 2, 2013, are completely SOLD OUT!
We will have a small shipment of Second Printing (set to arrive at the end of January), if you’d like a copy, please come by the store and prepay for one. Quantities are limited. Please, no phone calls.
Last weekend, we had our After Christmas Sale and we were very, very busy. We also received many, many phone calls for “Amazing Spider-Man” #700. I dealt with each request in the same way: I was open and honest- I told all who asked that “We’re sold out and could not get anymore First Printings.” Surprisingly enough some felt that if they asked me the SAME QUESTION multiple times over, it may yield a different answer. Very sorry, but if you ask me for something and I reply, “Sorry, I don’t have anymore- we’re completely sold out.” Asking me the same question (doesn’t matter how many times), isn’t going to get me to change my answer.
The reality is: we had a preorder which ended two months ago. We usually order a few extra copies, but those were quickly eaten up by some of our subscribers that missed the order deadline. We’re very sorry we couldn’t help you with this item.

Just got our Retailer Incentive issue of “Avengers VS X-Men” Round One (or issue #1) and low and behold on the inside front cover, Marvel Comics PERSONALIZED this comic to us!
I’ve seen crossover events come and go, but man it is so incredible to see a comic addressed directly to your own store.

Arriving this week is limited supply of FREE comics from the good folks at Marvel/Disney!
Not to be confused with the Marvel revamp of Spider-Man in 2000 written by Brian Michael Bendis and drawn by Mark Bagley, this new “Ultimate Spider-Man” series is targetting a younger audience and is actually a great “All Ages” comic! Inside, we find Spidey meeting up with Ultimate Nick Fury and fighting the new Frightful Four (The Trapster, The Wizard, Klaw and Thundra)!
We have a limited supply of these great comics on hand and they will begiven away on a first come-first serve basis. One per person.

Starting with issue Zero which came out today, Marvel launched a maxi-series (12 parts in all) featuring their two biggest team titles against each other: “Avengers Vs X-Men” is here and it is amazing!
We’re all setup and ready to create subscriptions and accounts for anyone new (or old) to comics that wants to collect the entire series!
To help promote this landmark title, Marvel has sent us a few lithographs and a handful of AvX buttons to give out!
It’s not too late, but we do have a limited quantity of issues #0 and #1 on hand so don’t delay and reserve / purchase your copies today!
